Sucarnochee Revue

   

track45 has been a regular on the Sucarnochee Revue radio show for over two years.  Below is some information about the Revue:

The Sucarnochee Revue is a one hour Radio program featuring the music, and musicians from the Black Belt Region of Mississsippi and Alabama. A two hour live show is taped at the University of West Alabama and the Temple Theatre in Meridian, Ms.. The live audience averages 400 in attendance in Alabama and 750 in Mississippi.  The Sucarnochee Revue has also been filmed and was aired on two Fox affiliates and one ABC affiliate. The Sucarnochee Revue is in the process of becoming a thirty minute syndicated television series.

Jacky Jack White was recognized for his recording, writing, and radio career with a 2009-2010 Fellowship in Music Grant from the Alabama State Council on the Arts. Perhaps, the most notable recognition came from the Country Music Association headquarted in Nashville, Tennessee. The Sucarnochee Revue was awarded a citation for the significant role the show has in taking Grassroots Music to the world.

The Sucarnochee Revue is aired over 59 radio stations around the United States, Australia as well as on Internet Radio. We have fans who visit and email us from Australia, S. Korea, England, Ireland, Germany, and more

New Projects



track 45 is working on some exciting new recording and live performance projects. K.K. is working on a new album of original songs she has written and composed.  Also, Benjamin has been working on orignal compostions for a new track 45 album that will be a combination of folk rock and alternative rock.  They tentatively plan on releasing a few songs for review this Spring and  also plan to schedule a concert that will be open to the public in Meridian to give folks a chance to experience the new project before they take it on the road.
