Since we choose songs that we like to sing and that have significance to us, many of our numbers are folk or traditional in nature. They've been around --or will be-- for a long time, but audiences usually tell us that they are so glad to hear songs that they know! There's probably nothing more fun than watching faces light up with recognition of a song that takes them back to another place and time. Sometimes we find old pieces of sheet music in our grandmother's piano and fall in love with songs that are older than our parents!
